Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe:

Orders can only be canceled before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

How to Cancel an Order:

To cancel an order, please visit your account’s Order History page and select the "Cancel Order" option.

Refunds:

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions:

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.

Any order placed during promotional sales or with discounts may follow a different cancellation policy, as specified during the purchase.
